Vaultscape - 3D Printed Roof
‘Vaultscape’ is a rooftop structure that explores ornament through subdivision scripting and Sandstone 3D printing technology.

By merging traditional architectural tools with digital script and processing, this design introduces a unique process of deriving architectural form. The rooftop structure explores the potentials of Sandstone 3D Printing technology by basing its design on a 1:1 segmentation system of components to be prefabricated and assembled on site.
This project was completed in collaboration with Dimitrios Karopoulos.
